"I am the Lord's servant. May it happen to me as you have said "(Luke 1 - 38)
"I would like to leave and work as a home-helper"was my answer when my class mistress asked me about my wish when I graduate from school.
Recommended by my family, I started to go to the school for administration. There I met three Catholic friends. One Saturday afternoon, when I was 16, I went to the church with them. Jesus was waiting for me there. I knelt near the altar and prayed. I could see a statue of the Holy mother with Jesus, beautifully shining in the sun light.
Few days later, as we were out together, two of my friends whom I respected, told me that they were going to become a nun. "My best friends are going to enter a convent, I wish I could become a nun too."
After the graduation, as I started to work, I was away from the church. "Beyond this beautiful nature that we can see with eyes, there is the wonderful world that only our heart can see". I could then see our merciful God who is the creator of everything.
As I had lost my father at the age of 11, my encounter with heavenly Father filled my heart with love, and warmth. I went back to the church again, and got baptized when I was 21.
One day, at the Pauline bookstore, I was invited to the retreat, and the following day I visited the convent. Ever since then I visited the Daughters of Saint Paul frequently, and got to know the joyful Sister M. and the Italian Mother Superior. Jesus invited me, "Follow me "(Luke 9 - 23), and I entered the convent at 22, and I am living the present in happiness.
